🔁 IPTV Subscriptions (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital services, all IPTV subscription sales are final once the account is activated and delivered.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Device compatibility issues (please confirm before purchasing)
• Internet or ISP-related buffering
• VPN setup issues
• Customer-side technical problems (e.g., app misconfiguration)

✅ We will provide support to help resolve any technical issues, including setup assistance, troubleshooting, and app recommendations.

📦 IPTV Boxes / Devices

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging
• The product is defective or arrives damaged

📬 Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the device is faulty on arrival.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method once the device is received and inspected.

⏱ Activation Guarantee

If you purchase a subscription and no activation occurs within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund upon request. Once activation is completed, the sale becomes final.
